Mandi can do the following:

24 HR VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST - Mandi is a full featured receptionist. She can answer as: your personal assistant; or in the name of your business; or as a full blown company automated receptionist routing callers to your company departments or to indiviuals by name. Whichever way you set her up, Mandi answers on the first ring and callers never get a busy signal. Callers even hear the music-on-hold that you select. You control all the functions! You can have calls screened or not screened. If screened, you decide if you want to take the call or take a message. You decide if you want Mandi to locate you and if so, at what numbers. All your preferences can be changed either online or over the phone. You can even "PORT" your existing LANDLINE or CELL PHONE number over directly to Mandi! If you have more than one phone number (even in different area codes) you can port them all directly to Mandi. There are no charges to port your numbers and after porting there is no costs for any of the ported numbers. If you ever need a live assistant for a personal or business task (ie, driving directions, a restaurant recommendation and/or reservation, check a website for you, getting movie info or times, etc.) just call Mandi Live. Mandi Live is available 18 hours a day, 7 days a week.
MESSAGES & EMAILS - Mandi can take voice mail messages for you and both play them back to you over the phone and email them to you. When she plays a message back to you over the phone, you have the option to tell Mandi to call the person back and Mandi will immediately call the party and put you on the line with them. If you prefer, you can add coments to a meesage and tell Mandi to send it to a co-worker for further action or review. Mandi can read your emails to you over the phone. You can also dictate emails and Mandi will send them for you.
FREE CELL CALLS - If you have the Mandi $35.00 per month unlimited plan and also have a T-Mobile cell phone with a "myFaves" plan, then you simply enter your Mandi number as one of your "5 faves" and you are "good to go" with unlimited free incoming AND unlimited free outgoing calls. For outgoing calls you just call your Mandi number and access her full functions and capabilities including making calls to anywhere in North America (U.S. & Canada) for free. Yes, BOTH your cell phone call to Mandi AND your landline call through Mandi will be free. You can voice dial by either saying the name of an entry in your online Mandi address book or by just telling her the number to dial. If you prefer, you can just dial the number.
MANDI CALLBACK - Turn your Nextel or Sprint cellular free incoming minutes into unlimited free outgoing minutes. HOW IT WORKS > You call Mandi at a special number. Mandi "sees" your cell phone number and then calls you right back (incoming call). When you answer you are connected to Mandi and can access her full functions and capabilities including making calls to anywhere in North America (U.S. & Canada). You can voice dial by either saying the name of an entry in your online Mandi address book or by just telling her the number to dial. If you prefer, you can just dial the number.
HEARD OF VOIP? - WELL, STEP IT UP A NOTCH AND YOU HAVE SOIP - SpeechPhone Over Internet Protocal is unlimited outgoing calls to anywhere in North America (US & Canada) from wherever in the world you hook up the optional Mandi adapter to the internet (adapter available for only a one time charge). You can add Unlimited Asia Pacific, Unlimited Mexico or even Unlimited World calls. You choose per outgoing call whether you want a dial tone or Mandi. With dial tone you simply dial the number you want. If you select Mandi, you can voice dial by either saying the name of an entry in your online Mandi address book or by just telling her the number to dial. All incoming calls come through Mandi either ringing through your adapter to your connected phone or to any number (virtual extension) that you have designated. You can change the virtual extension anytime either online or by voice telling Mandi.
MANDI BUTTON - You may select one of six icon styles and place it as a link on your website and/or in your emails. If a viewer is connected to the internet anywhere in the world and has both a microphone and sound on their computer, they simply click on the icon and are immediately connected to your Mandi and then the call will be connected to you.
